For our local customers in the ACT, we offer hand delivery, providing a personal touch with quick and convenient service right to your door. Just choose this option at checkout.

Understanding delivery times is crucial for our customers. For our shipping methods, orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 calendar days. The actual delivery times can vary based on your location and the chosen shipping provider's schedules, typically ranging from 3-8 business days for standard shipping. This means that once your order is dispatched, you can expect to receive it within this timeframe, depending on your proximity to our dispatch location. More detailed shipping times tailored to your location can be found on your shipping providers website using the tracking number that we provide. Please note that most couriers do not process or ship orders on public holidays.

For our customers within the ACT, we offer a convenient hand delivery service. Orders opting for hand delivery will be delivered by the end of the next weekend after the order is placed and processed. This ensures that local customers receive their purchases promptly. Please note, however, that customers cannot choose a specific time slot for hand deliveries, as we aim to streamline the delivery process for efficiency. If there are any delays or changes for our hand delivery service, we will post an update via our social channels.

Delivery Issues

 

While we strive to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, delays can sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If you live in a remote area, deliveries may take longer to reach you, however this is something that we cannot control and is up to the shipping courier. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring you receive your order as expected. Damaged Parcels in Transit

 

If you receive a damaged parcel, please try to reject it from the courier whenever possible and immediately contact our customer service team. If the parcel has been delivered in your absence, please contact customer service to discuss the next steps.

Pre-Order Items

 

If you purchase a pre-order item along with other products, your entire order will ship once all items are available. If you prefer to receive other items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items are listed in the product descriptions to keep you informed.
